What can be claimed

Scarcity by segment

Release a Claim to only your top 3% spenders or fans, or open it to everyone as an open edition. Segmentation makes every Claim more targeted.

Quantity cap

If you only have 10 exclusive items, the system locks out further claims once supply is exhausted. The platform notifies when the last item is claimed.

Buy

Buy campaigns give members the opportunity to purchase products or book experiences that non-members cannot access. All purchasing happens through an embedded link on the Asset Detail page.

Two ways to run a Buy campaign.

Option A — Invite with code: Members receive a unique code for their purchase. No point-of-sale integration required.

Option B — Embedded cart: The brand's ecommerce platform is embedded directly. Members buy without leaving the platform.

Use case — Buy Limited Edition

A fashion brand drops a limited collaboration — members only, 48 hours before any public announcement. It sells out before the public ever hears about it. Every purchase and every drop-off feeds into the next segmentation.

Buy benefits are exclusive to members. Non-members cannot access the purchase or booking link — making membership the key that unlocks it.

Survey

Survey campaigns allow brands to ask their members questions directly — gathering zero-party data as part of their entry into claiming moments and experiences.

Survey as a gate.

When used as a gate, the Survey sits between the member and the campaign they want to access. The appeal of what's on the other side — an exclusive Enter, a members-only Claim, a limited Buy — is the motivator for taking the time to answer.

Step 1: Member taps the NFC chip. Step 2: Their score updates in real time. Step 3: Card complete — triggers an Enter, Claim, or Buy depending on what the brand has configured. The Punch Card is the gateway to everything else.

Use case — Café

A café runs a digital Punch Card — every coffee earns a stamp via NFC tap at the counter. On the sixth stamp, a free coffee unlocks and the member is notified instantly. No paper card to lose, no staff required. The data feeds directly into the next campaign.
