Your trial gives you full access for 30 days — no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you choose whether to continue at $49/month + active member fees. We'll remind you before the trial ends so there are no surprises.
An active member is someone who has engaged with your brand during that calendar month — this includes opening a communication, redeeming a reward, making a purchase, or interacting with their member profile. Customers in your database who didn't engage that month are not charged.
No. SWiiFT Studio is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time. We believe you should stay because the platform delivers value — not because a contract forces you to.
Engagement Engine services are scoped per project and quoted based on the brief — scope, timeline, and team required. There's no standard rate card because every engagement is different. Get in touch and we'll put together a proposal.
We identify and broker culturally aligned commercial opportunities on your behalf — talent partnerships, brand collabs, and sponsorship integrations. Our fee is 20% of the total partnership value, charged on success only. You pay nothing until a deal is signed.
No. SWiiFT Studio is designed to be set up with POS integration. You can connect your existing systems as you grow - and we recommend that you do, for richer data - but they're not required to start your pilot or go live.
